Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the combatants met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex twice world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Difference
As the two fighters met for the traditional confrontation, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really happening.
