More Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

More materials released as part of the continuing oversight release.
